Are your fragrances authentic?


  • We assure that all fragrances sold are 100% authentic goods.

  • Our suppliers are Singapore-registered agents/distributors.

What does EDT and EDP mean?

  • These terms all refer to the strength of the fragrance, or more specifically the ratios of water and alcohol that has been added to the fragrance oils.
  • EDP = Eau de Parfum: Lasts 4 to 8 hours. 8% - 15% perfume oil.
  • EDT = Eau de Toilette: Lasts 3 to 6 hours. 4% - 10% perfume oil.
(all our perfumes are EDT unless stated)


What can I do if I cannot find the fragrance I want?


  • If the fragrance of your choice is not listed in our website, send us an email with the subject "enquiry". We will reply you within 48 hours.



What should I do if I have already placed an order but wish to add on?




  • Fill in the form stating only the additional fragrance with the subject “Order Add-on”.•



  • remember to state the Transaction ID of your order as indicated in the order confirmation email.

When will I receive my order?

  • 2-3 days after monday. Monday is the day we send out our products

Refunds/Exchange if products are damaged upon received?

  • Sale and discounted products are neither refundable nor exchangeable
  • must be reported to us within 24 hours sending us an email (mailto:elala@live.com)with the subject "return-exchange" Please remember to include the Transaction ID of your order as indicated in the confirmation email.
  • Any claims reported thereafter will not be entertained.
  • any case regarding perfume had been used is not acceptable. At elala, we assure to our customers our product sare new before sending them out.
